About footage fairy 

Karen Messer gained a BA (Hons) TV & Radio degree in 1999. Deciding against going into the cut throat world of television, she worked in London for an Internet company before taking on roles in Event Management.  In her last post, she was asked to create some training videos which reignited her passion for editing.    Karen set up footage fairy in 2008 concentrating solely on editing amateur, home shot footage. However, she is now eager to use her camera skills and enter the wedding videos market.   Working primarily alone and from home, Karen is a perfectionist and commits to each and every project seeing it through from initial consultation to final presentation.  There are no set formats,  each video is tailored to the customer's requirements.      As the video production field is predominantly male, she hopes that her feminine touch will add that something special to finished films.
