We will complete your movie as soon as we possibly can - depending on our work load.  We will be able to give you a time frame when you place your order.  This might be a couple of days or 2 weeks at the most.  If you have left an order a little late and you need it urgently, please let us know and we will do everthing we can to meet your deadline- even if this means extending our working hours. Slideshows by their nature are quicker to produce than movies.

 

 

 

 

We completey understand your concerns about the safekeeping of your priceless footage. If you are in the Hereford or Swansea area, footage fairy can pick up your footage from your home, or you can hand deliver them to footage fairy.  Alternatively you can send them by special courier service where you can track your parcel at every stage. footage fairy will contact you by phone or email to let you know when they have been received.

 

 

 

 

 

 As a default, footage fairy stores all finished movies on its computer editing suite.  This means it can be added to or altered in future.  If you wish us to delete all record of your footage, then we will of course oblige.  Naturally if stored, the footage will not be viewed or availble to anyone other than the company.
